Yes headline is important if you are focusing on traffic but if targeting only back-links then it doesn't matter a lot. What you are getting is quality back-link form high Authority site. But you can get better result by pushing some backlinks for the video it self.

Aha, not bad idea to push that what normaly should push the site So if pushing the video by backlinks and the video pushes the site, this will maybe give awesome results.?!

Nah I don't think it's a good idea trying mess your competitors. Better focus on our own videos and properties. We need to analyze their pages, like profiles and see whats different and use whatever things that work for them.

I've seen some ads popping up randomly on the videos and I think they are not by Google. Some smart guys have found a way to do that and I also think I have the trick to do it somewhere in my skydrive. Will hunt it today and give you the method. There is an ebook I got from a generous friend who has explained step by step how to earn money from Youtube. He has mentioned the way to make backlinks and i wonder if the method still works.

yep it easy, create a youtube account and when you post your video, in the description just add your URL, it will let you and now you have a backlink to your site... want even more power too it, build links pointing to your new youtube channel and video.. we do this and your video will rank higher in about 6 weeks...

He meant just build some back links to your video or video channel. Just like building links to any other page. bookmarks, wiki links, blog comments all these are fine for that.
