Thread: How to build backlink for my new website??

I'm a newbie about IM.

I just have created a new review website.

I have submited site map to google web master tool, but I don't know that It indexed or not.

I don't know How to build back links for this website.
Help me please.

I am quite new here to as I have just joined and your topic caught my attention.

You have actually started well by submitting your site map not to worry Google web bot will crawl it and get it indexed.
Other ways to build your back links is I am sure includes following the rules of engagement in this forum, creating original contents, commenting, earning points while not breaking any rules.
Other ways you can get it for your site if using Wordpress you can install the "Comment Luv" plugin. You can also participate widely on forums, comment on blogs leaving a trail of your URL where ever you go.
You will do well if you also get SEO Services and auto submitter services that will automate and shoot your url across the "sociosphere" (my word).

To answer both of your questions.

To check to see if you're indexed in google just go to google.com and type the url of your website in. If it shows up you're indexed. It doesn't mean your whole site is indexed but if you submitted your site map it won't take long.

You might also consider submitting your site to a couple of social bookmarking sites early on as well to help with fast indexing. But, honestly anymore Google indexes quickly without needing to do a whole lot.

As far as backlinks go start putting out few articles, build links from doc sharing sites, blog comments, social bookmarks, forums, web 2.0 sites like Squidoo, Yahoo Voices and anywhere else you can get links from.

More importantly, write good content. If you're putting out good stuff it's more sharable and plus more helpful to your readers.

I would also get into a course that you can follow along with and learn from if you're brand new. It's easy to get lost when all the information you need to process is not in a step-by-step format.

you can promote it with many ways .. if you are new bie than i will suggest you for seo consultant in your area who could guide you .. as to start seo for you as new bie will be tough job ..

Just type your website's URL in Google search engine, if it shows your website that means you website get indexed.

For building backlinks, directory submission, forums posting, social bookmarking, blog commenting and use of unique quality content in article submission are the best techniques for it.

google your website on the search bar, if the results show your website then that's it. the next thing that you will do is work to be on the page one of google.

Go to Google and type site:URL
If you get any result then it means your site is indexed by Google otherwise. Regarding building backlinks, there are many ways you can build backlinks such as Social Bookmarking Submission, RSS Submission, Forum posting, and Guest Posting etc.

don't forget to get backlink from social media site, ie twitter and google plus
