YEAAAAAAAH!!!
One project of my clients get a Pagerank 4.
The domain used first time on december 2011 and in 2 month the domain get a pagerank 4.
This is awesome... So I can see that my linkbuilding techniques is very successfull!
Good luck to you all PR hunters
IMTalk.org still PR3, but I'm not even trying to get that or better PR, because I think it is almost equal to useless in IMTalk.org case.
But if you want to have high PR it is actually very easy to get it, you just need few high PR links and viola you will get it by the next update,
but that will not help you in most cases unless you are selling links and few others...

As I know Google update PR in every 3 months. Hope this time my website PR will go up.
Google updates the Green toolbar every three months or so, but real PR is updated every single day if not twice a day. Getting your page to have a higher PR is simple, but at the same time you have to look at your site internal linking structure. For example, if you get high PR link and you point it to your homepage, it does not necessarily mean that your homepage PR will go up because of the iterations Googlebots PR goes through with the other pages that the homepage links to. In the case where you have a homepage and not many other pages for flow through to happen then the homepage PR could go up quit a bit, but if in the case you have 20 plus other pages on your homepage then the PR of the internal pages could go up while the homepage PR stays about the same. This is in respect of the Green toolbar, where for example the homepage of this forum is 3, but it could be 3.985 which the toolbar will indicate 3 and not 4. Even though PR is by the page, Googlebot will go through iterations of all the pages, giving each page the green tool bar PR.
One thing to consider is Google now looks at homepages that are trying to hoard page rank where you may see a homepage with PR 6 and the internal pages have little to no PR, because of the internal linking the site owner has done, and has minimal outbound links on the homepage. In theory, the higher the homepage PR, the supposed better search engine results, which is not the case. Google is dependent on pages that link out to other authoritative sites, such as twitter, facebook, linkedin, addthis, etc. To make a long story short, any site owner that is trying to hoard homepage PR by minimizing the outbound links to other pages, not linking to authoritative sites, could find themselves achieving less than superior search engine results.
