I have question: what are my steps for optimization and promote site (heftrucklangerak[dot]nl) in Google[dot]nl?
I have't found Netherlands web directories and social bookmarks.
If anyone has experience of such work, or a list of sites for linkbilding. Then help me, please.

Just search for "link aanmelden", and you'll find quite some directories.

You talking of multi-lingual SEO. It involves many things and skills as well.If you are not experienced enough in SEO, why not buy country top level domain or local domain to lessen the borden of link building.

I have heard that Google first rank in that specific region where IP address is whether you are doing seo for the other region. I have done directory submission for the USA project and it did help me a lot and ranked my website.
