Look this is PR5 Web Site, I am still unable to find any reason for PR5

Now Please answer my question

Is BIG G( Google) Stupid?

Well if you mean the problem is they don't have a site there then probably they are moving or doing something. If the site stay like this for till next PR update then it will loose PR or at least a half.

Sites Alexa rank is 30k so this must had being a high traffic site.

Well i am observing this site from at least 4 days but still it is in same position. This is PR5 site and i was thinking that Google Bot must be visited this site on regular basis and it must be. However still no change however Alexa rank was dropped in these days. So when and how Google PR updated? Can anybody explain it.

Okay... Google like to give high PR to sites which have not much external links.

Thats normal.
But when you say that this site have top rankings... then I ask myself... is Big G stupid?

Well I think it has around 9K backlinks. Hmmm. Not sure though if this is the only reason for PR5

Maybe they are off for maintainance or something.

My fault. this site was actually sold to another owner. I have thoroughly checked and new owner has yet to start with this site.

This is I thought too. It must had been sold. Google don't drop ranking right away when a site goes down. It would wait for while and see if site comes up or not. Also if the buyer going to put a new site there I don't think that PR5 will last long. All those 9k+ backlinks are pointed to old site not to the new site.
