Today id 5th July and I can see search analytics results of 2nd July. I want to see status of everyday but I don't why it is showing 3 days previous results. Is there any way I can get the crawled status of everyday?

Google may have taken a long holiday weekend this week. The 4th of July is a bit of a big deal in the USA!
Google algorithm needs sometime to evaluate and give rank to your website and you have to wait for it. That's what all seo people are doing.
