Anyone please tell me how to get high google rankings, is it keyword density only that will help or something more...

You should have to create more quality keywords with good content to get the top search result. Content is King!

keywords i think has a great factor to escalate your google rank and some other factors like contents and you must have an attitude towards it.

Keyword is most important thing if your keyword is perfect then you will get top side.
As well as content is also important.

I think the best way to get top google rank then you should do blog commenting and do some social bookmarking. Believe me both method are outstanding.

Lots of backlinks to your site and traffic, that will bring you to the top of Google. But for this keyword plays an important role, so reasearch your keyword properly..

We don't have to forget about our back links. High quality back links can get high page ranks. I have heard even 4 high quality back links can increase page rank up to 2 or more!

nemanja is right, in order for you to attain top ranks in google you must work hard, learn everything about SEO and put in all your patience on it and aftter that, it pays off.

lol.. I'm having more the 288 high backlinks but still my Page Rank is zero of that blog, and i wonder people having 2 backlinks can give page rank 2 or more.

It depends what PR are those 288 backlinks and what is the number of outbound links on each of that 288 links...

all I can tell you is that focus on writing good articles, and create some quality backlinks! Keywords ofcourse play a vital role in it, try to choose unique less competitive keywords!
