It's more than 5 months that Goolgle did not update the Page Rank ! Why ?
my be 2 times per year ot less 1 time

do not worry about page rank update, that should not be your focus for now, just concentrate adding quality content and backlink to your site hence when the update comes your site will benefit from it

If the next update comes before December then 2 times a year otherwise just one time a year. Some experts are also saying that Google will not do anything page ranks now because they are only concentrating on SERP now.
