What's the difference between PageRank and Toolbar PageRank?
Both are the different thing, if your web page has any page rank then it can be shown on the toolbar, if it doesn't have then it can't be shown on the toolbar so toolbar is just a thermometer to show how much is the temperature...... I hope you are understanding me.
