altough the mix of whitehat and blackhat is called greayhat but there is no such thing called as greyhat in terms of SEO.

Its the misture of 2 Seo form .. white and black SEO is mixed together to became gray hat SEO

Using combination of black hat and white hat seo is called as Grey Hat SEO..

dancing the line that divides Black and White. Grey can help when done right, swing to much one way and get penalized (Black) swing to much the other and you don't get rewarded. do it right and dance the happy dance, just don't get carried away.
