Sites Ranking Over Mine for my Content?

Hello everyone,
so it has come to my attention that many sites that steal content (word for word) due to rss feed, are ranking above my site. Here is an example:

(I can't post links, but if you search for "Nike SB Zoom Janoski Mid Premium 'Inuit' - January 2012" in google, you will see what I am talking about).

From this search, on the first page the number 2, 5, 6 spot are sites that stole it word for word. Then my site shows up at number 7 (Sneaker Files) for the homepage only, not even the direct url.

So, my question is, I know I can file DMCA notices against them all, but lets be honest they will pop up right after (other sites). Is their something my website is doing wrong? I do not get this. I started the site in 2006 and never had this happen.

Just report to Google stolen content, and Big G. kick him a**.

It's possible they're only there temporarily. If you've had the site since 2006, just keep steady with what you're doing, should be fine
