Thread: My ranking drop from 101 place to 64 place and at last 334 place

How can that happen? i just wanna know why i just use IMT supercharged bookmark for homepage submission, i just want to see where it goes, and i just try for low competitive keyword ranking but high monthly searches

For the first month (50 submission 15 days drip) - 101 place
For the second month (50 submission 15 days drip) - 64 place
For this month (50 submission 15 days drip, not complete yet) - 334 place

maybe its google dance or maybe it google sandboxed process i don't know

Now i think its enough for homepage submission,i think i make a great mistake, i wanna target other webpage with good on page SEO after this,

Well, it certainly could be the Google dance. Whenever you send a lot of backlinks at a page it will tend to bounce around in the rankings. The main thing that I would suggest is to LAY OFF sending backlinks to your homepage!! Send them instead to internal (deep-linking) pages. This will build credibility for those pages and that will in turn trickle into your main domain.

Good advice, deep links have always been a good way to build reputation and credibility to inner pages on a site. The problem though, is that the famous Google Dance hasn't been done in 2 years, so it cannot be that. The sandbox is a myth, although many of my studies have warned against it, so being careful about that is always a good idea. Have you added fresh content to your home page? Updates etc.? or is the page mainly imagery and little content? Your site might have been attacked by the panda It's not the end of the world in any of these cases though. You can still keep building quality backlinks, look at the content on your site as well. If you keep at it, your site will pull through and rise in the rankings.

Its only happened when your site get entered into the Google sandbox.. Its happened from short time with more back links to your home page url..

Don't worry about it. I think it's Google's way of determining that something's changed and they are evaluating your site to see where it 'should' be placed. Usually it means a dip then a rocket upwards. Here is my site's month in Analytics, as you can see it was frustrating last week, but now it's really on the up. Screenshot.jpg

you should not use this tool directly to your money blog...

alot of the time when you rank in the serps go up dramatically and then down dramatically it is caused by spammy backlinks. If alot of backlinks are index all of a sudden it can shoot you to the top of the serps but when google realises they are spammy, you will fall even faster.
Many seo services use this to get their clients to the top of the serps and then if the clients stop using their service their rank will drop, so then they will come back to the seo service provider....

Are you using EMD?
Or are you building lots and lots of backlinks with your targeted keyword as anchor text?

If yes, then it might be the reason due to the recent google updates.

I don't know if you were using the same anchor and URL during these three months. If you did , it can cause the ranking drop. Make sure to fix it if you were doing that.
