Example:
My site with the "Sell items" keyword in page 1

If on May 5th I Use
<meta name = "robots" content = "noindex, nofollow">

And then on May 12, I returned to reuse
<meta name = "robots" content = "index, follow">

Question:
1. Can my site on the 6-11 date be crawled by Google?

2. Is it when the 6-11 Date Keyword "Sell items" I on page 1 disappear? or still there?

3. Is After the 13th to Continuous, my ranking on Google Search still exists?

It depends on multiple factors like your website rank, trust score, Page rank etc.,
But as per my observation 1-2 weeks is very less time gap, ot doesn't effect much on ranking or indexing. Sometimes Google will take 6 days to 6 weeks to hear your plea.

In present query "Google bots can't crawl or index your web url or page". After May 12 Google Bots your webpage crawl and index depends on multiple criteria. Your page ranking depends on your webpage performance, content, image, SEO optimization, and more backlinks. Sorry, your page ranking not still exists because Google gave first priority to index and crawl the unique website service or engagement of peoples.

Yes, but if google bot came and crawl your site will be slowly (or fast) removed from index.

2. Is it when the 6-11 Date Keyword "Sell items" I on page 1 disappear? or still there?
Depends if google bot cam in that period to your site and if it came if he deindexed your site in that time.

3. Is After the 13th to Continuous, my ranking on Google Search still exists?
Depends on few factors, answered in questions 1 and 2, how fast google bot is coming to your site and reacting to your directive.

When Google again crawl your page It automatically removes from a search engine.
