i want to ask that it is good to ping my blog and its every post?
is this good for seo?
there are many sites use all to ping one post?

I use Ping-o-Matic! - they have a Toolbar bookmarklet that you can install and just ping ANY page (or post) that you're viewing in your web browser. There may be zillions of ping sites, but really, most don't matter. PingOMatic hits the major ones that do.

Does it help SEO? Probably. And it might help get pages or posts indexed quicker. But it's impossible to prove that or know for sure. Some say it's best to use social bookmarking sites FIRST and ping those -- BEFORE you ping your actual site. That way, search engines discover your new page or post from the Real-Time side of the internet from an external link. Better to have some other link promoting your site than by just hollering "HEY NOTICE ME" with ping assaults.

There are probably a SKRILLION BAZILLION pings done every day - much of it automated. Pinging adds your voice to all the SCREAMING to get noticed going on. Can't hurt. Might help.

If you are using WordPress you have an automatic ping to Ping-o-Matic built in. You can add other ping sites to the automatic ping list.

Ping-o-Matic is associated with WordPress. It pings the most important ping sites. I have some article directories and use Ping-o-Matic each time I approve new articles.

Pinging a site is supposed to get the bots come crawl site faster than to wait for crawler to come naturally. I use it extensively with any content change and seems to be working for the most part.
