yesterday i have submitted sites on google for fast indexing... but now Google said "You have reached your submission limit using this tool. You can add more URLs using a sitemap. Monitor your site's search traffic in Search Console."

How can i now get my backlinks get index by Google?

See my friend, as you know organic seo is like planting a plant, which needs to become a tree, it will take more time to grow organically. Same way if you are expecting better indexing then try to engage it with attracting content, then users will spend more time on your web pages and it will become popular.

Submit your sitemap.xml to Google first then submit your sites for indexing purpose.

After website submission in Google and other search engines you also need to submit a sitemap of all your pages, categories and articles in the google webmaster tools. If you are using wordpress you can do it easily with few clicks just by installing any xml sitemap plugin, and if you are using any other CMS, then hopefully that CMS will also have some plugins or addons to create sitemap. Sitemap have links of all pages of your website and thus google can easily crawl and index them fast.
