Too many dublicate content? How to get rid of it?

Hello,

I have really old domain maybe I trusted on this power because it was registred in 1996.

My main problem I have to publish economic news regularly and at the beginning I thought that my delivered content wasnt too much dublicate. But now I see that I have alot of dublicate content.

First 2 days google indexed 1000 pages then in 5 days 1800 but now for a week its still 1800, I started to write new fresh contents but delivered contents are really fast. I put noindex tags to alot of them max chars etc. But really its difficult to check which one is good or not. Daily 500 news nearly.

My question is how to get rid of dublicate content, is it good idea to put noindex to all my news and check them one by one and then add index ? What will google's reaction on it?

Today it has 1910 pages indexed but 100 pages doesnt makes any sense that google started to index again. It's really valuable domain even domain.com "domain keyword is really valuable" its like stockmarket.com in my country.

I really want to listen your advices.

It is very simple, delete all duplicate content from your site.

I know, I'm just curios if google won't like me to delete all pages by noindex tag. nearly 1300 pages.

I think the best option to get rid of it, it can only make more harm then good.

copy a sentence from it and search google for it. don't search yahoo it sucks. if you want you can put quotes around the phrase and it will search all over the internet for that exact phrase.

Remove the indexing content from google webmaster tool.

Ideal option is to delete all the duplicate entries; or to use the noindex meta tag.

This seems rather straightforward – run a duplicate detector on the content, rewrite the content (or have someone do that for you, I have done this for money before) and then you should find that your duplicate issues are resolved. The only way to go about it is removing the content altogether or making those changes.
