Hi.

In earlier post i was introduce my website bestfatlossexercise.org and now i have some questions.

I see some positive results on webmaster tools,2 keywords is started to rank.The first keyword is related to some video from youtube (i post on my video page) so i dont want to give much attention to that,i really want to evertything be organic and in my property.
Second keyword is closely related to my main keyword, and its on 58 position.

What i should do to move on top 10 for that keyword ?

I really read a lot about seo and also about some methods so i think that its my first time to see some results (what means im newbie with a lot of theoretical knowledge).

Are you agree that i must writte articles normaly for my site or i should do it for indexed pages - to rank higer..or to combine thees two methods?

Every suggestion is acceptable.

I think you have to pursue doing both of your ideas. Do some backlinks from related blogs and websites.

Hmm... Im preapering 30 quality and unique articles with solid keyword research related to my niche. So i will probabbly post every three day one article (20) and 10 i will put for some article submissions.
Really im new on this and need help to be honest Also i want to add adsense ,but i was rejected 2-3 times... My site is 2-3 months old

Your website really looks nice and useful too.

I like the fact that you started taking actions. Yes you are on the right track building backlinks for your keywords. And not only article submission, you have to use other mechanism as well in order to build quality backlinks. Once you do that you will start seeing positive results for sure.

if you promote your main keyword than variants keywords related to same will also get promoted as complimentary ..

so if you want variant keyword to get at top than start to generate quality backlink for same with doing directory, bookmarking etc related activities

and that keyword will also start to rank

If you are move to top 10 SERP then just find high pr do follow site and submit your website to that sites. Put your link to authority sites. Do Forum posting, Blog commenting activities which helps to boost your website or blog traffic and increase SERP ranking.

go back to your webmaster tool and look for the url of the site you want to rank then backlink to it that will make it climb in the search ranking but you still have to continuously watch the keyword and backlink to it until it get to top
