Can anyone tell me because of what a paypal account can be limited ? tomorrow I'm going to receive a payment (not a big one). And a friend told me, even with that small payment, my paypal account can be limited.

Mostly because of few disputes, or receiving large amounts of payment suddenly, different IP logins , multiple accounts, etc...

my paypal account is relatively new, still didn't receive any payment and I'm going to get about $120 tomorrow. Will this amount of money limit the account ?

If PayPal limit your account then there is nothing to do :S

May be you can use Plimus. And when you intend to use funds then withdraw it to PayPal.

Also Account can be limited if you get lot of payments but your account is unverified. They prefer to block it before they start getting complains. Just to save their time. Best way to avoid it is verifying the account. Also using right type of account for your need.

yea, I can receive money, its not a problem. Its allowed in Russia.

I think their commission is less than 8% for the money more than $79.99 which is very good.

No problem. Just want to add, you can also cash out money directly to your back account, and from debit master card they provide.

Simple way is get the money and your second step is withdraw it. Dont left even a penny in your Paypal account. Most probably, paypal is not supported to your country and if it is the case, use some intermediate processor like plimus or 2checkout.com. I am using the same way and I have no problem at all.

i had an account limited about a 2 years ago because apparantly i had a gambling site they said
it wasnt it was an rpg game
they limited my account withheld my cash ( large 4 figure sum) for over a year i eventually got an email saying i could now withdraw the cash
i had to add bank details again when i did that they paid me but banned my bank account from paypal for 5 years !!
every transaction on that accouint was legit they even started to refund players themselves without anyone even asking for the cash back even after players contacted them direct they still thought they knew best
never leave a big amount in paypal withdraw it asap

Paypal is supported to my country, its not a problem at all. My question is will they limit my paypal account if I receive more than $100 ? I have never received money to paypal before. So I don't know about it.

You should check again. As far as I remember both Russia and Sri Lanka can only send money not receive.

if cannot receive, I can get money to one of my friends paypal account, which is registered with a Chinese address !!! here the problem is not receiving or sending.
