It was quite possible. But I don't know Paypal still allowing this... because I have seen too many posts on Payoneer's forum. Nissim (Payoneer Forum's Admin) replied everyone that Paypal is no more allowing to link Payoneer. But you may try that. If you are lucky enough then it could work! Good Luck. :-))

You can link your paypal with your skrill mastercard.
You can't withdraw funds from paypal but you can add using that CC

I don't think so that Paypal allows any kind of tie ups with other networks, so you should talk to Paypal representatives about this only they are able to give you proper suggestions.

don't link your master card with paypal,with payoneer you have global payment service...link US bank account with paypal and it will work without issues...and it is even cheaper to withraw money on bank account...for you it will have same impact as your CC is linked
