You can go for creation of dating website, now a days there are many dating affiliate working and the best thing is that they pay very good. About 4-5 USD per lead. Also site will be interesting ..i will be your regular visitor.. lol :P

Well weight loss is a good niche to start.I experienced weight loss a profitable niche and have variety of products to promote.Some of these products pay rate also good.
But the best one is that if you promote your niche related products in your site.

Go for some amazon products or health niche related affiliates, ask some one good at keywords to do a list amazon products to target..!
