i found few of my videos are going great on youtube, and i also see people put adsense on their videos. but i dont know how to put adds on YT. can anybody tell me how to add adsense adds on YOUTUBE ?

You cant add adsense to your videos / youtube account at your self. You have to wait until Youtube will send you a email that your account is authorized for monetizing. I have written a small ebook how i made my youtube account monetize.

as far as i concern, not all country will get permission to put adsense ads at youtube video, if you registered your adsense account by using US address, nothing to worry about.. i don't remember which country can't be allowed to put ads at youtube

As mentioned above you need to be a YT Partner. You can do this by uploading HD videos regularly. Also you should have more then 100 average views per video and have 20+ subs :D
However, the clicks I receive is very less compared to normal sites..
