Good CPM Site

Hello friends suggest me some good CPM Site that has high CPM rate .

Most of CPM sites have High CPM for traffic from USA and Canada. Its big hard to say These are the Best CPM Networks because each of these CPM networks has different rules and methods. But without USA/Canadian traffic it's hard to get high rates. Here are couple of CPM sites I have used before / was told by friends they had success.

1) Tribalfusion
2) Burstmedia
3) Vibrantmedia
4) Valueclickmedia
5) Advertising.com ( Not sure if they have publisher program anymore coz I can't find anything in their site)

No longer doing CPM because rates getting lower and lower. Also there are too many virus stuff and spam things which piss my visitors. Some advertisers doing crappy things like redirect url so we won't get the impression counted. Have to keep an eye on those CPM ads always or something goes wrong, this happens always. So Now I stick with PPC and CPA.
