This depends on your taste, preference and sites you have.

I have sites about consumer products so Amazon works great for me.

I haven't had luck with CJ yet and I don't think Click Bank would work for me since I don't like to sell digital products a lot.

I've found Ebay, Amazon and Clickbank are the easiest to deal with. CJ is very picky and more difficult to get started with. Ebay can be picky about your first site - you have to have an existing site that looks good to them when you apply.

I heard it's next to impossible to get into e-bay affiliate program. Also now they pay for clicks so it's more like a PPC program now.

Billbrine, Do you use the e-bay affiliate program ??

Yes I do use the Ebay affiliate program. Of my main sources of income - Adsense, Ebay and Amazon - Ebay is by far the most lucrative. As you say it is difficult to get in now, they want a really high quality site to be in place as part of your application. Fortunately for me I was introduced to the program just as they left CJ to form their own affiliate program and it was really easy to get accepted. Of course you still have to pay attention to the quality of the sites you add. And you are correct, its sort of like PPC now - you get paid not on the value of what the person bought, but on how quickly they bid on something after seeing your site.

I heard Survey Savvy is also a good one. You can join this affiliate program for free and are paid money for each survey that you take.
