    SEO Versus PPC How are companies Going to spend 2011?

    12% of the biggest companies spent $0.00 on social media marketing. Especially considering the response that Zero percent of the biggest companies spent $0.00 on paid search. In fact, only 1 percent of the biggest companies “only” spent $1 to $25,000.

    They spent little because they are brands and people already know about them.
    New companies spend the most money on PPC.
    One should use both SEO and PPC, but PPC only if you are creating profit with it.

    SEO is all about making your own web property more visible based on keywords and key phrases a potential consumer may use to find offers, products or services.

    Seo:it’s a process of low cost and high return.This includes taking care of your meta data and all other on page and off page efforts.
    SEM: this is a way to generate instant traffic by placing your ad on the paid side of search engine ( pay per click). This is in general a costly but gives instant traffic
    But any of the above mentioned process is not a one day job. The companies are going to spend on both.
