CPA Companies?

Hello,
Which CPA companies have phone numbers written on there website? And what do they ask when they call you?

Answer is --- its not fixed that every website have phone number written..May be you can ask AM..

Second -- They do ask only two questions---a) How will you promote there stuff?
b) and second is, Do you have knowledge of internet marketing?

Do you guys have any idea other than these questions, what they do ask? please share...

Normally they also ask what offers/niches have you promoted in the past.
What kind of offers have worked best for you.
Will you offer paid traffic or incentives
Possibly have been asked before what other AM have you worked under before.
What did you like or not like about other Affiliate co.
And Lastly The big one lol What do you expect out of your affiliate Manager
