they not paying you per 1000 DL's but they they pay you through their revenue program
all DL's are counted, no country restriction and no file size restriction

Is it available for every country or it have specific downloads? Can I get $10 for 1000 downloads? If yes I can join that site

Hey guys can you please tell me if i want to upload any of the file in any hosting site for life time, whom should i start with? I need few uploads for my blog after that i'll put that link in my posts so people will easily download it.

They donot pay you, then what is the incentive to join them? I mean why would someone want to join them, if we get nothing out of it?
