LOL - Did you ever see this Adsense Technique? Does it works good?

Haha its very Funny for me, cause I know the Adsense Rules and I working many years with adsense.

I would never risk on my adsense account like this Person but I see this kind of adsense advertising technique for my very first time!

I haved cencored the screenshot! Cause its a little bit adult...

Also I will do not backlink to the site... but if anyone like to see the technique without cencored pics.

My Questions:

What you people think?
Is this a good technique?
Can I use this technique with non-erotic pictures??
What about CTR of adsense?

Link removed. May be you'll get lots of click by using this method. But traffic is most important.

This will get you banned instantly from google adsense.

i've seen this on many mp3 downloads sites,on download landing pages,they get banned right before the payment...

is this consider black hat technique?

I don't know if it would be considered black hat, but it is definitely against Google's TOS. Some people would click on the Adsense links thinking that it would take them to the picture. They would have no interest in what was being advertised, they really want the site they see in the picture and are not paying enough attention to realize the text next to the pic (the Adsense ad) is not connected with the picture in any way.
