mine just 10.. i still figured out how to monetized them.. by the way.. the more you have, the more you have to pay when the renewal notice come.. but i doesn't matter.. the thing is how well you monetized them to cover for renewal cost

I have 5 domains. but only managing 3 correctly. lol
I own about 400 of them. Which a lot of them i dont use.
Some 12, to add something: The number of domains you have does not indicate how much money you make... but more importantly if you're a newbie best to start building one website at a time.
yeah, true i own a lot wish i had more time to do them
Only 3 domains.
I have 5 domains and I have build blog in all domains.
I also made a mistake to buy domains and now I have 10 domains. Due to these domains I was always confused which to monetize and which to not. It was really a stress and lack of focus. Now I only concentrate on two sites and let the others stay intact. May be sell them or wait until got some time and monetize one by one.
As suggested by start of the thred about what to do with domains:
Adsense cant be run on parked domains as google now monitor the sites regularly and sites with no contents are banned from adsense.
i have approx 100 domain names with me ...
protected all them in future to sell :-)

Think I must have over 30 by now
I have about 200 domains, which I am in the process of trying to sell on SEDO. In the meantime, I was trying to build mini sites for them, but kept running into CPU usage issues with the hosting provider so I ultimately disabled the sites. Your advice on how I can host my large number of sites without CPU issues and without having to go the route of VPS or Dedicated, which I do not have the budget for, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
No mater how many times a hosting provider says UNLIMITED on the sales page there are always limits on shared hosting accounts that you will only find by reading their TOS documents. I doubt that there are many hosting providers through which you could host 200 CMS based sites, however, I think that you could host 200 one to five page static sites on most 'unlimited' shared hosting accounts.
When I was doing small static sites regularly I could have a live site up in about a half hour, including:
- buying domain name
- changing name servers with my domain name seller
- setting up the domain with my hosting provider
- setting up a site email account
- setting up Google Analytics
- adding the new domain to my Webmaster Tools account
- selecting unique background images
- adding a bit of unique content
- uploading the site
I did this by having a complete site folder set up as a template. When it came time to put up a site I just copied the folder and pasted it into my local website master folder under the name of the new site. I would then open the pages in my web editor and make the necessary adjustments and add a bit of content. I would then upload the site via FTP and it was live.

I have approximately 40 domains and half of them have active websites. Few of them are purchased for sole purpose of SEO.
But let me tell you that managing too many domain at a time is little bit headache and require proper planning.
I recently sold a few of them, so now I have about 10 domain names.
Now in this time i have 5 domain, but 2 domain are active.
i have 9 domains.
6 - i search some names flatter to me, so purchase
3 - work on them regularly and earning decent
i prefer simple & full dedication is good if u have single man show otherwise....
