These "website value" type of service are only good for have some backlinks and for some fun, nothing more...

I did try to use the link to examine a website that is really skeletal. Guess what? It's worth more than $2,100. Even I won't buy that site for $20. As what nemanja said, it's just for fun!

Even if these things were accurate, which they are not. Their estimated value will never be the same as the value it holds to you if your the owner.

I think the search does not show exact value of website.I have see many website value calculators which just check is their is any advt code in your website; if their is Google ad-sense or any other code then they decide the value.
Website value does not depend on page views or ads network but it depends on the quality service that you offer to your website visitor.

I've found that looking at fiippa dot com auctions provides an indication of what similar sites are selling for and what the marketplace values.

Yes this can be some start point if you are selling your website, but it is realy individual from site to site.
