I have been engaged in various internet home-based jobs but haven't get any fruitful result so far. Need proper guidance of some authentic business so that I can join free and earn from home.

In what types of internet business are you interested?
Affiliate marketing, CPA, CPC, etc...

I am fed up from pay per click sites. I need a sort of free registration business in which payout must be authentic.

Then your best bet is affiliate marketing or some good CPA offers.
Soon I will be creating VIP section on this forum where you will find many resources and guides about starting with affiliate offers, CPA, your own product etc...

The easiest among all id forum posting business. If you have good knowledge of various niche like SEO, Internet marketing, CPA, PTC, CPC, etc.. it will help you a alot to earn at-least more then PTC sites. I will advice you to try it and if your the best you will earn the best.

Do you have any programming skills, if so, what are they. Examples of your skills would be helpful.

ScriptLance and Amazon Mechanical Turk are both legitimate freelancer hiring places give them a try.

Participating in Small click programs will never earn you any significant amounts. If you wish to be successful you need to improve your skills and do some thing on your own. i.e creating some products and marketing them in your own way.. , providing services like seo etc....
