Thread: "Make money on Autopilot" or "Push Button Get Rich Fast" ?

You see too many of these scams to download for free and even being sold on for example clickbank. Now I've seen quite some products and even a few of those mentioned. Those who even offer them for free don't make themselves really credible in my opinion, because those who decide to subscribe to these lists and try the products are only disappointed by them.

Let me ask you this:

If those would work...wouldn't the whole world be making tons of money online by now ? Would you be on this forum learning the tricks ? If you'd have developed some kind of "secret software" that rakes in thousands of dollars a day from clickbank....would YOU sell it for just a lousy 47 dollars ? Would you sell it AT ALL ?

Erm...uhuh !

So many (especially starting) internet marketers still believe in these "perfect opportunities" and will waste a ot of money if they decide to buy them. If we could make money the lazy way none of us would still have a job now would we.

What's your opinion about these products ?
What is it exactly that you're looking for ?
Are you looking for quick ways to make money ?
Do you want to build a business around information products ?
Would you think if you knew all the SEO magic you could make a living out of the internet ?

The reason I ask these questions is because 90% or more of the products being sold just don't work and people are still buying them. Maybe they think they can make a living from internet without proper knowledge and real strategies. Hell, some even offer products "that don't need a website, mailing list and whatnot". Thing is, it's the hype and the number of people still believing in these "opportunities" is gigantic, which makes it easy to sell this kind of product.

Tip:
If you're thinking of buying a product, google on "[productname] review warriorforum" and you'll find honest reviews. These people actually buy the products to see what it is and to prevent newbies from buying crap. Let me tell you...most of it is crap...

People are always looking for a get rich with no effort solution. Some smart marketing groups know this very well and use this to their advantage.
I think it is important to always think back to this point, which you explain very well:

These people are expert at marketing and selling they know what works and use words, colors, presentation very carefully.
So yes a google warrior forum search is key before buying anything else and don't trust review sites as these are often setup by affiliates who are trying to make a buck just like you.

If you'd do a search on some high gravity clickbank product's review you'll find sometimes hundreds of thousands of results. I'd ask my self how many of ALL those review sites will actually generate sales. All of them are people who believed from a report, video or email that creating tons of review sites would make them rich. The competition is too high, becasue everyone is doing it and you'll a sand partice in the desert.

We all know they're affiliate links, but do we want those affiliates to make money on you ?

Every time I hear about 'money on steroids' or 'autopilot income' I got goosebumps. People need to wake up that these products are pure marketing hype. If I were the author of such amazing products, I wouldn't share it to anyone else.

This is true in our small part of the virtual world (as people who are interested in IM). I seldom click on an ad or affiliate link when I want to look at an offer, though I might go back and buy through the affiliate link if I respected the marketer. A lot of the general public is not aware of IM at all. Being aware of IM, it is easy to forget that a large portion of the population is not aware or just doesn't care.

Even those that have been using computers and the Internet for a long time can be amazingly unaware. I have a friend who has had computers since the TRS-80 days that still opens most spam emails because somebody sent it to him! I suspect that few realize the power that is available to them through the search engines. There are some that don't use search, many that think to do basic searches, but few that really know how to research a subject.

There are also a lot of people that want to believe in a 'magic money button'. They are the ones that are targeted by these less than ethical marketers.

Well that's my point more or less. All these push button products are meant for IM'ers.

In another niche you won't find this kind of crap. It's all how to's and ebooks. I can imagine that in other niches (the general public) people aren't aware of the existance of affiliate programs even.

I have gone through several of such "offers" and "opportunities" but nothing is real , all of them are fake and just a wastage of time.

My inbox is constantly full of them. At one point, while I was learning, I would subscribe to a newsletter or two, and the next thing I know, my junk inbox would explode exponentially. You know, I'm actually starting to think that they set these "newsletters" up so that they can use my email to sell it off to someone else, or use it to irritate the bejeebers out of me. I've since then become immune to their ploys, triggers, and trying to get the best of my curiosity (its been a long struggle, but its getting better lol).

IMHO I still believe in that saying, if its too good to be true, it isn't, and so far its kept me far away from these IM's and their schemes.

What I can't grasp is that so many think they can buy such products, use them and see money rolling into their account without doing anything. With just a little bit common sense you'd know you have to work to achieve anything. I know for a fact that those IM'ers who quit have tried for 2 years or more to find that "perfect opportunity" and they're still blind. They quit with the feeling it's not possible at all to make ANY money online.

They've all been manipulated and guided into the wrong direction. They're easy targets for these products...
Hardly anyone is thinking of what they're oding online as a business, but they want to succeed.

Perhaps I was lucky to be able to learn the real thing. You know, even in coaching programs and seminars I've seen these "guru's" won't reveal the little details that make all the difference.
If only we could get through to all these lost IM'ers...

IF we could, we'd put a lot of scammers out of business. But its true what you said though, there is nothing like this in any other business sector, and I feel that professional and even those that have been around a bit and not call themselves professional, should at least try help new IM's. Even if it only means that you teach them what is right and wrong so they can make their own decisions.

Sorry, I don't quite think I understand.

I agree on most things written here.
Most of these(but not all) get rich products or make X amount of money in X days are mostly rewritten old products, written by people(so called IM or SEO experts) who where searching for that same products and money making ways few weeks before, and circle newer ends...

Other problem I see now is that people are too much lazy, they don't want to work read or even think for that matter.
It seems to me that now days people think that if they buy how to make money product that they don't even need to read it, they will make money instantly after the payment for that book is made and ebook is landed on their hard drive, if that kind of product hits the IM market I think it will be a great hit, something like this will be perfect "Copy my strategy and make $16.566 in one day, you just need to download this ebook and that is it!"
Back in the days when I was much younger and just starting in this business I was reading like day and night(literary) absorbing all kind of info out there, no matter good or bad, then few years later I was still reading day and nigh, maybe even more if that is even possible , building sites and testing stuff and starting programming along the way, then some more reading, testing etc...

The only way to succeed is to read read read and read until eyes and head hurts, then read some more, then do some testing(create websites, blogs, products, services...), then read, read, read then test again, then repeat (countless times) this process again and again, then at some point you will be able to distinguish good from useless info, you will start to think differently and your thought patterns will take other, better ways, then you will slowly start to see little light beam at the end of the very very long tunnel and all that non-understandable peaces of IM puzzle will become nice clear picture.
There are no shortcuts(except for few lucky bastards) and you need to work very hard, as soon as you understand this, you will be on the right way!
And I almost forgot it, all the info you need to succeed online is free, at least most of it.

I suspect that many of the 'How I Make Money Online' products are written by people that have done their homework and have experienced the changed thought patterns, but neglect to take into consideration the journey that they have made to get where they are now. They outline the steps that they take to produce their results and may go into some detail on each of the steps. They may start with keyword research and outline the steps that they take in identifying the niche and keywords but without their base of experience the follower probably will not attain the same results. The same is true of content and promotion. Things that have become natural to them because of their level of experience will not be natural to the newbie wishing to follow their formula. Without the study, experience and background it would only be by luck that someone would experience similar results.

Not just the experience and routine...these successful "gurus" have a complete structured business model that backs up their product, a reputation, employees, resources to buy traffic, etc..
It took a few years to build that up for every one of them.

Not mention the contacts and JV partners that bring in loads of sales...

The only shortcut is if you don't have to find out everything for yourself (the truth and working strategies) which will take you months if not years for many internet marketers.
From the beginning of my online entrepreneurs "career" I've learned from a few very experienced guys and did some projects. I learned a lot...especially what DOESN'T work.
Then I've learned about what real marketing is, which makes a huge difference in results.

Then I started in the IM niche and most of the "rules" I know apply here as well, but some things need a different approach.
Call me lucky, but I knew from the start one would have to act and probably work hard for a few months to build a profitable business online and to become anywhere near successful.
No one will give or sell you success....in any business.

Not at all, and those that teach it need to have their track record seriously scrutinized. Most of the time I think that the way a lot of these "rogue IM's" make their money is by hoodwinking new IM's into believing they can do only one thing, and then sit back and watch the money roll in. It would be nice, if there was a way we could try get the truth from these IM's, but I doubt it would be worth the effort, because I believe that most of them believe their way really can make money overnight.

Stay away from them mate, they suck your money. Getting any money is not an easy task.

If I could just push a button for thousands of dollars then I would like 10000 people just to keep pushing that button. It's all a scam I think.

Best thing to do it work hard and you willl get there someday.

Great stuff as a new person who just begun working in this field, I must say that the info here is 99% right if not 100%. I almost bought a product from these people, but as i was reading some reviews about the product from those who have used it, i say i couldn't believe my eyes. No one among the ten said something good about the product. So guys we have to read and work hard nothing comes in a silvery plate. hanks for the great info.

If you're new in this field, then I can tell you now you came to the right forum to learn a lot.

So, you see...this is an example of checking out the product you're considering to buy.
As said before...most of it out there is crap.
