Hi guys, would you please recommend classy forums for the target audience for our contest to be found on (WordPress theme creation)? Should Theme Contest announcement be published on freelance portals? Could anyone suggets any other ways to attract users to participate in Contest?

You can put ads on social media like FaceBook and also try on some popular blogs. Hope you can also post on freelancer

Announcing on freelance portals would be good as most freelancers would get a chance to put it on their CV. It would do good to both of you.
