I doubt you are allowed to sell your Fiverr account, but I'm sure you could if you wanted too..
if you are doing a public transaction of the account without fiverr knowing i dont think you would be penalized, if if they find out, it might lead to bad consequences
It is aginst the law you dont own it fivver does.
If I pay someone for their Fiverr username and password, how the hell would Fiverr know?
