What should I offer in Membership site?

Well, I'm starting new membership site with some great system. I just need to get some suggestions, what should I offer in that membership site. I'm thinking to go with niche contents or products.

Either products or information is good to offer in a membership.
If you use products (probably PLR or MRR and such) make sure your monthly fee is not too high...

If you want to offer information (I guess SEO is your area...) make sure you drip feed the content on a weekly or bi-weekly basis...not monthly.
Believe me...it works best and members will most likely stay longer than the usual 3 months.
Overdeliver in your content and give them personal examples and case studies.

Hell...you could do a combination of both.
It's a bit of work yes, but worth the effort...

Depends on what your specialty is. Concentrate on something that you enjoy that others can benefit from as well.

I have found that offering ebooks and other great money making guides (preferably something that I have put together) go down well and tend to keep my members happy

You can do whatever you want and you are good at, as long as it is quality and people are in need for that.

One thing that appears pretty popular is creating add ons for many of the marketing programs already out there. Many people selling forum profile lists to work with xyz products. Probably good data sets with exactly HOW to use them, and how to load them into each product.

Perhaps something that offered quality over quantity. Instead of offering 135,000 places to put profile links, allow them to pull out 300-800 a month, but make sure they're all quality, and keep it going. The longer they stay the more they get.

Other useful things would be offering up proper reviews and tutorials on how to use some of these programs, and what's best to do and how to exactly use them together. There are so many programs out there with so little information to explain exactly how to do it.

Maybe even create something simple that tracks people progress? They could click on the links from your site going off to these other services and you could just do basic tracking?
