Thread: How imtalk.org make money

DP is different from imTalk. It's a webmaster forum while imTalk is internet marketing forum. IMtalk has a reputation about Great free SEO tool so here we will get more and more attention from serious webmasters.

as everyone said, IMT can earn by selling SEO tools. If the forum is popular with many members, selling SEO tools here will be much more easier than earning with adsense. However I don't think that IMT earns a good revenue with adsesense, because adsense not working good with forums.

Adsense earnings are very low, I think it is partly because of poor adsense placement...
I will try to correct that.
Also forum advertising option will be added soon.

I think we all must appreciate Nemanja to provide us such a wonderful forum to share our thoughts and learn a lot about Search Engines, Internet Marketing and especially about Google and above all without worrying any expenses that Nemanja has to bean for it.

Nemanja if you must place a donate button over here so that we can share cost with you to make this forum bigger and bigger.

I think you can you same mod as DP has. They released the free advertising mod. Paid links are automatically added when someone use particular keyword in a post.

Yeah, do you get good profits with IMT super charged bookmarks? I would create a online blog commenting tool and charge per blog comment . They upload the list of blogs, and u charge per url.

my comment where I'm stating that this forum is only generating expese was posted way before IMT supercharged bookmarks released.
Pots made on "07-25-2010" and IMT Supercharged Bookmarks relased on 14.02.2011

I can't see any ad optimization.. I'm sure ads are nothing compared to the expense on hosting and renewals.. lol!! However the only thing left is link building services!! That too is not giving much.. Nemanja is running it all for the webmasters and providing a good place where newbie can learn good.. He is a great person as most of the tools are free of cost, Which are really helpful to newbies!!

- selling ad space like warrior forum - but for that, need more visitors than now
- selling services like IMT bookmarking tool
- adsense with right placements, but I don't think a forum can earn more with adsense.

DP has always 1500 + online users but their earnings from adsense about $10 000 a month. If a blog has this much traffic, it will probably earn nearly 10 times of this amount .

DP may have earned that (it's questionable because I think Shawn exaggerates) $10,000 a month a few years ago, but now DP has much less visitors than before. I think that is why he pulled the revenue sharing. Warrior is doing very well, in comparison. If Nemanja keeps offering cool incentives to take part and visit here regularly, then I think it will grow.

yeah, dp is in the process of dying and warrior forum is becoiming bigfer 216 k members. I hope one day imtalk.org is more popuar then dp and wf.

I prefer to use an Ads Rotator for this Forum... if you start with selling advertising placement.
