So many services and Internet marketing channels to brand your site / product - which to choose? What most appropriate marketing channel for my business?

Comments in forums and blogs?
Social Media Marketing?
Viral marketing?
Writing a guest post?
Distributing press releases?
Link bait?
PPC?
Affiliate Marketing?
Buying banners?
Video marketing?
Face us in a variety of options to increase our brand online and get maximum revenue from the site, but which one to choose?
It would be wrong to say that all online business needs all the services and the existing marketing channels to brand itself.
Please share, in which marketing channel you use in order to brand your business? Can you give tips on this channel?

I operate a few article directories. According to webmaster tools some articles are being indexed daily.

Most of the marketers have misunderstood this update of Google Algorithm. You need to understand that this update was against the content farm websites not article directories which normally behave as a content farm but not all of them. There are some article directories which don't allow copy or non useful content in their directory and these directories have very little effect of the algorithm change. O leaving the article submission is not a good move but submitting quality article in the quality websites will surely benefit you more then previous

ezinearticles.com
Can you campare it? Quality vs Quantity or???
Every fucking article directory is spam directory and google give less value of the links there.
I just moved to "guest blogging" - A TIMES TIMES TIMES BETTER THAN ARTICLE MARKETING.

I just moved to "guest blogging" - A TIMES TIMES TIMES BETTER THAN ARTICLE MARKETING.

linkfarm has now less value rather than blogs.
So, better do blog comments rather than article marketing.
