Wanting to become an affiliate. What do I need to do?

Hi all,

At the moment I want to become an affiliate. I am trying to find out which the most important things are and what I need to do so I can really be an affiliate, make money from doing things belong to affiliate field?

If you can't google this info than most likely affiliate marketing isn't for you.
Things/methods change way too often, if you can't do you own research isn't worth getting started.

Practically anyone can be an affiliate in my opinion. To be an effective affiliate is the hard part. Are you just trying to sign up to an affiliate program or to a cpa network?

Thanks for your helpful answer! I have already googled it, but there are a lot of information out there, moreover I am a newbie then I can't determine which one is good or not. What I need to get in this thread is an advice, good docs, good blogs I can trust to start learning.

Oh no, I dont think I'm in the position to recommend any CPA networks as of yet, although I do appreciate the vote of confidence As a matter of fact, Im also a beginner. The reason I said what I said was because I have managed to be part of the 3 CPA networks I chose to sign up with so I didnt really see any reason why getting an account might ever be a problem.
