For quality traffic you need to identify the niche forum that too needs to be regularly exercised. The stagnant, low profile forum will be of no use.

You have made the job easier of finding the forums but all the forums coming in Google search might not be active so before spending time in any forum one should check the total posts in forums, total members and the frequency of posts. Some forums get hundreds of posts daily while others do not get 100 posts in whole month also.
