Thread: Can I get traffic sharing files?

Hi. I've got good content to share. A couple of valuable PDF reports, software programs, pictures, video courses I made myself. I'd love to share these files to as much interested people as it's possible. This stuff contains links so that I can promote my website and build a mailing list or promote affiliate offers right away. Is there a way to distribute these files to targeted people?

I've got a friend who used to have a system back in old days which allowed him to distribute a file throughout the internet and achieve up to 100k downloads in a week. But times changed after the shut down of Megaupload.

OK, would you share a system to achieve it nowadays? Is it possible? Any thoughts, ideas, tips, trips, advice, recommendations appreciated.

I can suggest 2 ways
1. Offer part of your files and videos as giveaways on high traffic blog
2. Offer your content on your own site and do the internet advertising of your site.

All blogs have if they are in good position have their own subscribers and comment posters. There is the list of emails of all users with these blogs so the first thing that a blog can do is it can send a email about your subscription to all its registered members. Second thing that a blog owner can do is it can publish your offer as an advertisement or article on the site and that will be available for all the unique visitors. Third thing that a blog owner can do is it can spread the information about your offer in whole of its network. Fourth and last is the blog can send updates about offer to all other sources where the blog owner is a member.

here are two great sites that accepts files, video and pictures scribed.com and slideshare.net, they are heavly trafficed sites that on it own has lots of traffic. all in all slideshare.net is still the best in so far, i posted a PDf file in less than a month i heard more than 5000 download, all of this was done without any backlink to it.

One can use rapidshare and mediafire also. These sites are having high PR also having good traffic.

thats is true, ut have never tried then before, i think in future they are the way to go for me
