There's lot of articles available on internet, some are prove to be beneficial to Newbie's some land them into the Pot hole.

Lets Put together what are the right way for newbie to start his presence in Internet Marketing. Please share your Good/Bad Experience and things that help you to achieve the new level in IM.

I think AdSense and Amazon are the best networks for Newbies. Both these work well with free traffic and converts better too. All you have to do is focus on content and SEO and you can built a decent income.

I started doing IM 3 years ago and while i have some success, i also earn a lot of failure along the way. However, i learned a lot from these failure as experience.
The biggest lesson that i learned is: never give up and keep trying.

First of all, built yourself a good and serious looking Website. About yourself, nevermind you are a freelancer or a company. Because people are looking on it and the first look is very important. After this you can make SEO work that you can get traffic trough Youtube, Adsense ect...

I agree with timoinfiji, first thing you need to do is to create your own website and fill it with quality content, then start promoting it with social networks and once you have steady traffic, you can start using affiliate programs.

I created my first website years ago and one of the biggest mistakes I made and I think everyone here will agree is that when it's your first site and you pull this thing together and you have the amazon affiliate products and the for me it was a jumbled mess! Think of your website as a physical store with a front door. create a layout that is appealing to your clients.
Some things you will find comes from experience. Hopefully you can be in a situation that you can make it fun! Enjoy building the sight, take pride in your virtual Inventory.
On one of my stores years ago I had a live chat button and worked it myself 3 hours a day Friday, Saturday and monday. Just to WOW the customer with more customer service then they expected.

Well one practical problem you have when you are newbie is You don't know enough to build a professional level website. Now I use Wordpress for most of my sites and can get come up and running in 10 minutes with all plugin and theme. But when I first tried Wordpress years ago I was so complicated to me. If beginner having a capital and willing to invest then person can hire someone to do a good site but if not then this going to take time. But by the time you learn all these stuff you some already bored with the whole things.

You need to earn your first $1 online soon. It's important than anything in my opinion. This is why so many newbies end up joining PTC and clicking for hours for just cents. Even it's cents you see it coming and it encourage you. Unfortunate PTC is the wrong place to start a web presence. I think Blogspot blog is a good place to start as site. Its' Google friendly and if you stick with general rules and building good content you can service. It's not hard to signup for AdSesne with a blogspot blog and you can signup to Amazon using it. Learning about AdSnese is a good way to start a online career. Their TOS has everything you shouldn't do when it comes to PPC or affiliate marketing.
