Thread: Marketing and getting visitors to my online store

I have launched a store online and want to get more visitors to my site. Since its not a blog I do not have much content on it. How can i promote my site please help!!

you can do many things mate

you can do ppc if you have good budget

and as you said you have online store than you might be having different url product and service wise

so keep optimizing that url and do seo for seprate url and create powerful seo structure no need to blog if you having multiple products and pages you can target individual pages

even do it is a store you can write a short review or description of what you are selling then display it there.
you can write articles post it to article sites and web2.0 with a link back to your store that way people interested in what you are selling will sure see your products

youtube is another good avenue creates videos about your product and send it to youtube

in fact you got to explore all avenues you now to generate traffic to your site it nesseary

what is the name of the software, up till now there isn't any known software that can create quality content and most autoblog software create duplicate content which is not that too good

you wrong buddy you can rank very well without content , you talked about pinterest it is 100% image site and yet it rank well in most search engine including google

Simple answer is Just include a blog if you do not have a blog. For example, Warriorforum is a forum not a blog but it has a blog and there are many such sites that are not a blog but they have a blog. Update your blog as frequently as possible. Include a blog. I've ranked many ecommerence sites by just keeping an active blog.

you just need to allocate some budget for advertising purposes.... if you do have lots of budget and wanna get visitor as much as you can... you can just depend on google ppc adword, or facebook ads marketing... but i think for a long term business plan.. you should build your brand name slowly.. through social media.. and also SEO
