Hi I have my own forum about he OS and its ont the rhirs position in Google in my country, I have over 450 posts, almost everyday the hottest news in my language, I have over 100 visited every day but the biggest problem is the number of users. I have only 100 registered users, and new user register per two weeks! It is horrible! Whatd you think I can do more? Maybe attract somehow my forum? I tried even some competition for writing posts etc, I am on facebook etc.

Yes I know exactly what you mean, there are no shortcuts, except if you have some extra money to pay PPC, otherwise just hard work and great ideas...
A wise man once said: "If there is no need for the forum don't bother to create it."
You need to create quality content and get some conversation going in the first place.
Very important is to create something unique for, so users have a good reason to join your forum.
its about new system MeeGo so I think its very good reason to set up such a forum. Ok I will wait and work even harder ;)

MeeGo is an excellent topic and is just starting to take off. Not too well known yet in the US. Keep at it and you will see results.
