Today, article writers are earning good money

I have checked in some forums, one writer can write around $20 articles per day easily so it is really good work.

Normally they would be getting around $3/article as well, so it is really good money, you can easily get work from freelance websites, forums as well, you can also create your own website and you can offer your services as well.

Ya, they are earning good money no doubt but it is really a hectic job ( at least for me). I have started my IM career with article writing but soon got fed up.

I have made some decent money on a per hour basis writing articles for a business software website, but I find it incredibly tedious. Therefore, I can only do it for 2 hours a day max. I get burned out quickly on it. I would rather be writing for my sites or making money a different way.

I love writing though, have always had a knack for it. I have my set up down to pat now that it can take me around 2 hours to research and write a unique article. So I can see how writers would make money from this. There are many out there, even better than I am that are paid almost $20 per article, because they are well known, they have their work all over the net, and people can see the quality of their articles etc.

Article writing is not such an easy task because you have to be unique in your writing to publish it. As we know that articles play an important role in promoting our business. So, we can easily say that if you are a good write then you may earn a lot from it.

I know article writing is too much boring job. But i love to write article. Because when i got some work to write article for others, I have to search about the topics at online and I found many interesting information. I don't know the information will work for me or not but i like it. For these reason article writing is a best job for me..

To my mind artcile marketing requires a creative and talented person. The artciles he writes must be unique and interesting for the readers. Thats why professional article writers get a lot of money. Unfortunately, nowadays, its rather hard to find a really talented artcile writer...

If you can write quickly and accurately, then sure you can make decent money with writing articles...though "decent money" is relative. I don't personally think it's a good business model, but it's a decent way to get those first dollars that you can then invest into more passive income streams.

Totally agree. I'm a full-time content writer and write around 5-7,000 words a day. I managed 14,000 in one day once, but never again. So, my daily earning limit is set in stone unless I raise my prices. Of course, I have my own sites that generate passive income but it's never enough is it? I'd much prefer to do IM full-time but my trusty clients won't give me a break

I'd prefer to do IM 80% of the time and charge x3 what I do now for a few select clients.

With recent Panda updates, there is a huge demand and market for unique quality content. There will be more and more writers who would provide their services so I hope price will become stable again soon. Still It's hard to find quality content writers.

I agree. Panda has put a lot of pressure on things. But I think that's a good thing when you're a good/professional content writer. It make you even more valuable to your market. You just have to be able to back it all up with your skillset. lol 14,000 that's quite a number. I don't think I've done that, although, I think the most I have done, is 10 articles a day at about 350 to 500 (that was about 3500 to 5000 a day) words each, nope, nowhere near that number at all. lol.

Hah, that 14k were very similar travel articles. I could smash them out in around 7 minutes each (350w). Actually, I'm on track to do 8k today which is the equivalent to £100 ($150?). I won't have any fingers left though if I keep this up. I'd like to charge $20 per 500 words and think with my experience I can do but I know I'd spend 75% of the time looking for new clients. At the moment, at $10 per 500, it's like opening the flood gates but it saves me advertising. I don't even have my site up yet!

LOL all power to you then. I couldn't spend all day doing one thing, which is why I love what I do so much. I love to write, but I end up being a total contradiction of terms myself, because I get bored really easily, so having a lot of different things to do (almost at once as well) keeps me happy.

Article writing might be promising, monetary-wise, but it is a tough job. Even a 400-500 word article could take time to finish, especially with lots of articles online. Being able to put together something that comes with a unique point of view, fresh insight, good grammar, enticing read, and something of value to the readers make this job not recommended for anyone.

Also true. But its still doable, and a well "trained" writer can still do that without compromising the uniqueness of an article. Everyone is different, everyone has their own writing style, and they all express themselves differently. This (IMHO) is what makes the difference in an article. When you write, your own personality comes out in the article. They way you construct a sentence etc. No one speaks the same, so no one writes the same. lol they even have forensic departments in the police that can analyze how you write, that tells them all about the kind of person you are.

Writing for the web is not just about getting the information out there, its about making it interesting for others to read and pass along to others, just as you said, and I believe that trying not to make it all mechanical and adding a little of your own personality into an article can really make a difference.

I also often get freelancers bid on the site, but to write an article should really experience, especially if we want to pay expensive article, to make the experience a good article as I do not have it

Agree, this is the fastest way of making money because there are a lot of people need these kinds of service. As long as you can prove your quality, people will come to use your service.

However, it’s a boring business. IMHO
I ever opened a service business like this and I have no time for my personal life. It’s so busy.
