Thanks for posting. These SSL are for website & not for creating applications. SSL Certificates are tied to the domain names. These SSL are for data transfers from site to server.

Regarding the other - 27$ - Its a SSL Certificate while the 87$ one is Secured Anti Malware Scan to find out possible malwares on site or bugs in the system.
