Re spinning...I have never "spun" an article I wrote. The end result of spun articles makes it look like a 3rd-grader wrote it. And I have seen many of my articles and web content spun by copy cats...

I hear you are supposed to have a mix of do-follow and no-follow links. Of course, I'm not sure what the perfect mix is. 50/50? 80/20?
