What is the green bars underneath some users names in posts?

Hi

I was just wondering what the green bars are underneath some peoples posts. Like for instance here http://www.imtalk.org/f42/1589-imt-s...-backlink.html Nemanja has 5 dark green and 4 light green bars

That is your reputation bar. if you hover your mouse over it, it will display a message. When someone adds to your rep, it makes the bar increase.

And when you receive thanks you receive one rep on auto, so for one thanks you get one thanks + one rep ;)

If you get a reputation for every thanks you get then how come my profile says I have 0 points from reputation but I have 19 thanks?
