Thread: can't access general settings

I put the wrong time zone and I want to change it in general settings but for some reason I have to access to it.

Why is that?

You do not have enough posts to access it. You must first post for a while and get to the next rank and you can then change it.

what? I don't even remember I joined the forum around 6 months ago and forgot all about it. I recently got a email about the contest and it made me come and back.
