A Sincere Advice For All Service Providers at IMTalk

Hi,

May be it seems to many people an off topic but here is what i want to say all Service Providers that

Never Hesitate to Give Review Copies Free

This is a sincere advice from a very Successful Seller/Service Provider here at IMTalk. I always started my services by offering free review copies to Senior members and other guys and believe me even I can give 10 to 12 review copies free.

So whats the result? If your service is valuable, you will get great feedbacks which will give real impact on your Sales and in the end you will be in profit. For example, SEOBunny positive feedback can bring you many customers and Also Nemanja Stamp on any Sale Thread makes any Sales thread successful without any Doubt.

Why to worry for a thing that can give you money? So it is a sincere advice for you guys who are interested to Sale their services or Products here, they must start with some good numbers of review copies for free to give some IMT Elite or Senior members here.

One more thing, there must have special free review copies for following members if you want to get more sales for your service.

• Phonyx ( Super Mod )
• Wink0r ( Mod )
• SEOBunny
• AnupViews

I am not including myself but yeah Senior members can attract many sales for just a free review.

Thanks, that's the basic idea, when you know how to increase your sales so then why to hesitate to give free review copies to senior members having post count > 100

You are more than true. Some good reviews from senior members definitely helps to get many and more sales. I agree with that. But before creating any sales thread members must complete some criteria to be a successful seller at IMT. Here are some of them:

And more good advice for people, always reply to questions and customer service issues. Eventually some things out of your control can mess up, just make sure to handle issues in a professional manner.

Yes, very good advice. Customer Service is big thing after selling service if you want to get more and regular sales.

and look at a company like Paypal, it has a terrible reputation for customer service.
Funnily enough Google also has practically absolutely no customer service at all, unless youre paying them and it relates solely to Adwords. Those support message boards they have are next to useless and not looked at by Google staff, but by volounteers.

If you work in the SEO services industry like I do, you will find many bugs and issues with Google, Google listings and Google places. Such problems can cause thousands of dollars in lost profits for businesses. It is absolutely dispicable that one of the largest companies in the world has zero customer service for its users. They have enough money, surely they can spend a bit on giving back some service. After all, dont they want to create the best user experience?

Maybe it's become they have monopoly on their markets. No strong competitors so over 80% of their market users have no choice but use them. These guys like Paypal and AdSense has a policy like take it or leave it.

I agree with idreesfarooq , giving free reviews is a good business practice especially for providers that just started selling a services. In SEO world there are so many fraudsters that promise will deliver the heaven and give hell. Personally, besides selling SEO services I am also a buyer so I know what Im taking about. I will post some of my SEO backlinks building service in MarketPlace and offer free reviews as well.

This is good advice, I do give review copies but not free...

I guess buyers at Imtalk are still not very mature... People usually buy review copy but never come back to post a review..

and if you give that free, you are in double loss... Giving review copy at reduced cost probably at the cost of your service is good option

To avoid that you give review only ti the trusted members,
that way you will have review written from trusted member which others will value more than from members with 1 posts and you know that they will not run away with your product/service.
