    Because most of newcomers abuse this forum and its resources and we end up with lots of spam,
    I have made certain rules which will not allow you to change anything on your profile or post links or sigs or start groups, etc...
    until you reach 25 posts and being a member for at least 7 days.

    ok thanks for your kind reply, BTW I joined this forum in Jan 2011 and most of my time spends on Directory submissions on "IMT Directory Submitter"
