It is not OK if you copy/paste someone else content to this forum and you take all the credits for it...
It is nor OK if you mix sentences and maybe add few sentences of yours to the ORIG article and call it a day...

It is OK if you:
- Rewrite that content in your own words
- you write something like: "I found great resource about this or that......" and link to the ORIG source of that article

Bottom line is that you need to use your COMMON SENSE in situations like this and if you think something is wrong in 99% it is.
